At Sam Bat, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade wood bats and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unused items. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved bats are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your unused bat in its original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure it arrives at our facility without damage.
Ship to Sam Bat
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the package and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
